1. INTRO

[LEGAL OPERATOR NAME], operating under the Arshway Games brand (“Arshway Games”, “we”, “us” or “our”), develops and operates mobile games and related online services. This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, use, store, disclose and otherwise process personal data in connection with our mobile games, websites, player accounts, online and backend functionality, player support, social features, and other services that link to or otherwise refer to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Additional privacy terms may apply depending on where you reside. If you reside in the United States, please also see our Supplemental U.S. Privacy Statement. If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland (collectively, “EEA+”), please also see our Supplemental EEA+ Privacy Statement. If you reside in South Korea, please also see our Supplemental Korean Privacy Statement. If you reside in Türkiye, please also see our Supplemental Türkiye Privacy Statement. If you reside in Brazil, please also see our Supplemental Brazil Privacy Statement.

If you have questions or concerns about how we process your personal data, please see Section 6 (Control Over Your Information) and Section 7 (Requests to Exercise Privacy Rights) of this Privacy Policy, or contact us at [PRIVACY CONTACT — TO BE CONFIRMED].

2. WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

The personal data we collect depends on the Services you use, the features available in the relevant game, and how you interact with us. We obtain personal data from information you provide, information generated when you use the Services, and information made available by third parties in connection with those Services. Not every category described below applies to every player or game.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

Account and profile information. When you create or manage an account or profile, you may provide an email address where used for authentication, a username or display name, and an avatar or profile image. You may also provide your account or player identifier when using account-related features or contacting us. Information received through a third-party sign-in option is described in Section 2.3.

Messages and social interactions. When you use chat or social features, we collect the information you submit through those features. This may include clan chat, direct or private messages, other user-generated content, clan identity/profile information, clan membership and roles, player searches using usernames or player identifiers, friend requests and relationships, and requests for or donations of game resources. We also receive player or message reports that you submit.

Depending on the relevant profile, social, or leaderboard feature, other players may be able to see your username or display name, avatar, level, clan, achievements, score, or ranking information. The information visible depends on the relevant feature; not all profile information is necessarily visible to other players.

Support requests. When you submit an in-game support ticket, we collect its title and description and associate it with your player ID, including when you play as a guest. We may send replies through in-game system messages. The in-game ticket form does not support screenshots or file attachments. If you contact us by email, we receive your sender email address, message and any other information you choose to send, and may reply by email. Opening your email application through a support link does not by itself send that information to us.

Surveys and feedback. If you choose to take part in a survey or give feedback, we may collect your responses, ratings or evaluations, feedback about levels, events or game features, and other information you voluntarily submit. The information requested depends on the survey or feedback feature offered in the relevant game.

Parental information. Where parental controls are available and used, we may process a parent or guardian’s email supplied for activation, verification and activation information associated with an email-code flow, parental-control settings or status, and PIN/passcode-related information where applicable. This supports activating and protecting controls for chat and purchases and making protected changes to those settings. Parental controls are planned to support guest players as well as players with linked accounts; the parent email serves a separate purpose from player account sign-in. Not every player supplies parental information.

Social-media and external community interactions. If you voluntarily interact with an official Arshway Games social-media or community account or its content, we may receive what you submit or make available through that interaction. Depending on the platform and interaction, this may include your username or account identifier, public profile information, comments, messages, mentions or tags, reactions, submitted content, and information connected with a campaign, promotion, or community activity. Merely opening an external service through a “Follow Us” or similar link does not, by itself, mean that we receive your social-media profile data. Information made available through the platform is also described in Section 2.3.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Account identifiers and technical information. When you access or use the Services, we may generate or collect an account or player ID, including for guest access, and relevant device or app information. This may include device model, operating system and version, game/app version, language or locale, timezone, network or connection information, relevant app/device technical identifiers, and an IP address where technically required. Where notification features use them, technical information may include push notification or device tokens and notification-related settings.

Approximate country or region. We may determine approximate country or region information in connection with regional features, such as country or regional leaderboards, and associate a resulting country code with your player information. This description concerns approximate country or region information, rather than precise GPS location.

Gameplay, cloud saves, and game economy. As you play, we may record information associated with your account or player ID, including:

  • Game and level progress, level results, scores, stars, achievements, streaks, and player statistics.
  • Coins, gems, other virtual currencies, lives or energy, boosters, power-ups, inventory, unlocks, and rewards received or claimed.
  • Missions or tasks, events and event progress, and season or battle-pass progress.
  • Game settings and preferences, mailbox/message state, gifts, reward attachments and claims, help requests or donations, and promo or gift code usage.
  • Remove-ads, subscription, or other entitlement state.
  • Cloud-save state and version, synchronization state, relevant save timestamps, and information associated with synchronizing your account across devices.

The exact categories depend on the game and features you use. Some information is generated from your actions, while other information reflects game state, rewards, or account changes. These records may support global, regional, friends, clan/event, or weekly leaderboards, including the player information, scores, achievements, and rankings associated with those features.

Analytics and diagnostics. We may collect information about use of the Services, such as game or app activity and session interactions, together with relevant technical identifiers, device/performance information where applicable, crash or error logs, and diagnostic information. Purchase-related activity may also contribute to purchase and revenue analytics. These categories help us understand how game features operate and identify technical issues; the information depends on the features and diagnostic tools in use.

Advertising-related information. Where a game includes advertising, advertising tools may collect relevant device or technical information, advertising/device identifiers where available and permitted, ad interaction information, and approximate country or region information. Depending on the advertising feature and applicable requirements, this may support providing, measuring, limiting, and securing advertising. Any use for personalized advertising depends on the applicable platform requirements and any required permissions or consent. Identifiers such as GAID or IDFA are not available for every player, and their availability and use depend on the platform, permissions, choices, and advertising configuration.

Security, moderation, and game integrity. We may generate security events, moderation information, and enforcement records in connection with protecting the Services. This may include information resulting from content filtering, review of player or message reports, and technical or behavioral signals relevant to detecting cheating, fraud, abuse, or manipulation of game mechanics. Game-integrity checks may address device clock manipulation. Reports or content submitted by players are described in Section 2.1. The information involved depends on the security and moderation features used; this description does not specify a particular anti-cheat signal or enforcement outcome.

2.3 Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive personal data from third parties involved in the features you use. The information made available depends on the service, the interaction, and the relevant settings or permissions. A provider’s involvement does not mean that we receive every field it holds about you.

Sign-in and platform services. If you use Google or Apple to sign in, we may receive information made available through that sign-in process, such as an account identifier and, where provided for the selected sign-in option, an email address or profile information. A Google sign-in may make a profile image available. Where applicable platform game features are used, information may also include Google Play Games or Apple Game Center identifiers. We do not assume access to all information in your Google or Apple account.

Purchases and subscriptions. If you make purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store, we may receive information relating to the purchase, product or transaction status, subscriptions, and entitlements. This information may be associated with your player account or used in purchase-related analytics, where applicable. Payment processing is handled by the relevant app-store/payment platform; our purchase integration is not intended to directly collect your full credit/debit card numbers or payment-card credentials.

Services supporting analytics, advertising, and support. We may receive information made available through the analytics, diagnostic, advertising, and support services used in the relevant game. This may include activity or diagnostic information through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, advertising-related information through Google AdMob, and support communications through the backend or email services used for those communications. These sources relate to the categories described above; the information available to us depends on the actual integration and your interaction with the Services.

Social-media and community platforms. A platform may make personal data available to us when you interact with our official accounts, content, or community activities. This may include the public profile and interaction information described in Section 2.1, to the extent the platform makes it available through that interaction. This does not imply access to private profile information or that a platform sends us profile data merely because you follow an external link from our Services.

3. PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process the personal data described in Section 2 for the purposes below, depending on the Services and features you use and, where relevant, your circumstances:

  • Providing the Services. To provide, operate, and maintain our games, websites, and related online functionality, including the technical operations needed to make those Services work.
  • Managing accounts and profiles. To create, authenticate, manage, and secure player accounts, including guest, email, Google, and Apple authentication where applicable; maintain player profiles; and synchronize accounts and game progress across devices.
  • Operating gameplay and the game economy. To maintain progress, scores, results, statistics, settings, and preferences, and provide virtual currencies, lives or energy, boosters, power-ups, inventory, rewards, unlocks, missions, achievements, events, and season or battle-pass features where available.
  • Providing mailbox, gift, and promotion features. To deliver system mailbox messages, administer gifts and rewards, record reward claims, and operate promotions and promo/gift-code features where applicable.
  • Enabling social play and communication. To provide clans, clan membership and roles, friends, player search, resource requests and donations, chat, and direct/private messaging, and display relevant profile or social information as part of those features.
  • Operating leaderboards and regional features. To maintain scores and rankings for global, regional/country, friends, clan/event, weekly, and other applicable leaderboards. This includes determining approximate country or region where needed for regional functionality, such as country leaderboards.
  • Handling purchases and entitlements. To process purchase-related information received through the relevant platform, activate purchased items or features, and manage subscriptions and entitlements. Payment processing is handled by the relevant app-store/payment platform, as described in Section 2.
  • Providing support. To respond to requests and inquiries, investigate reported issues, and help resolve account, gameplay, purchase, or technical problems using relevant support and account information.
  • Administering surveys and feedback. To receive and evaluate voluntary survey responses, ratings, and feedback about levels, events, game features, and the player experience.
  • Operating parental controls. Where available and used, to activate parental controls, verify the activation email through an email-code flow, apply and enforce protected chat and purchase settings, and permit changes subject to the required parental protection. Activation verification is separate from player sign-in.
  • Sending service-related communications. To communicate relevant account, support, security or maintenance information, send parental-control activation verification emails, and provide service-related notifications through the channels in use.
  • Understanding and improving the Services. To analyze use of the Services and feature interactions, understand gameplay and service performance, and improve, optimize, test, and develop the Services. This includes evaluating game features, balancing, the game economy, and player experience, using the relevant gameplay, analytics, and feedback information described in Section 2.
  • Evaluating purchases and revenue. To measure purchase and revenue activity and assess product, game-economy, and pricing performance using relevant purchase-related analytics.
  • Maintaining reliability. To identify and investigate crashes, errors, and technical problems, resolve faults, and improve the reliability of the Services using relevant diagnostic and technical information.
  • Protecting security and game integrity. To detect, prevent, and investigate cheating, fraud, abuse, manipulation, spam, security threats, and other prohibited activity or misuse, and protect the Services, our business, players, and other users.
  • Moderating content and enforcing rules. To filter inappropriate communications/content, review player and message reports, maintain relevant moderation/enforcement information, and enforce applicable Terms, Community Guidelines, or other rules and policies.
  • Providing and measuring advertising. Where a game includes ads, to provide, measure, limit, and secure advertising and understand relevant ad interactions and performance. Advertising personalization applies only where the advertising features in use support it and applicable law, platform requirements, permissions, and any legally required consent permit it; it does not apply to every player or game.
  • Managing official community interactions. Where you voluntarily interact with our official social-media or community accounts or content, to respond to and manage those interactions and administer applicable campaigns, promotions, or community activities using the information made available through those interactions.
  • Addressing legal obligations and rights. Where necessary in connection with the Services, to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights, using relevant personal data already described in Section 2.
  • Managing related internal operations. To administer the account, support, purchase/entitlement, reliability, and security operations described above, using the relevant existing records needed to manage those Services.

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The personal data described in Section 2 may be disclosed or otherwise made available to the recipient categories below in connection with the purposes described in Section 3. The information and recipients depend on the Services and features you use and the circumstances of the interaction; not every recipient receives every category of personal data.

4.1 Other Players and Users

Some information may be visible to other players through the game and social features you use. Depending on the relevant profile, clan, or leaderboard feature, this may include your username or display name, avatar, level, clan information, achievements, scores, and rankings. Not every profile field is visible to other players.

Messages and other information you submit through social features are made available to the audience for that feature. Clan chat is available to the relevant clan audience; direct/private messages are delivered to their intended recipient(s). Resource requests, donations, clan-related submissions, and gifts or similar player-to-player interactions where implemented may make relevant information available to the players involved. These descriptions do not make direct/private messages public. Service-provider access and applicable moderation or safety disclosures are described separately below.

4.2 Providers Supporting the Services

We may make relevant personal data available to providers that perform services on our behalf or support operation of the Services. These may include hosting, backend and cloud infrastructure, authentication and account services, analytics, crash reporting and diagnostics, player support, communications or notification infrastructure, and technical or security services used for the relevant feature.

For example, account or game information may be handled through backend/account infrastructure, activity or diagnostic information through analytics and crash-reporting services, and support requests and relevant account/game/technical context through a support service. The information made available depends on the integration and the service performed. Relevant support staff may access the information needed to address your request; this does not mean every supporting provider receives the same information.

4.3 Platform, App-Store, and Purchase Providers

Where you use a platform sign-in, app-store, or platform game feature, relevant information may be exchanged with the platform involved, such as Google/Google Play or Apple/Apple App Store. These exchanges support the applicable authentication, platform functionality, purchases, subscriptions, transaction status, and entitlement features described in Sections 2 and 3.

The information exchanged depends on the feature you use. Payment processing is handled by the relevant app-store/payment platform. Arshway Games does not intend to directly process your full credit/debit card numbers or payment-card credentials.

4.4 Advertising Providers

Where a game includes advertising, relevant personal data may be made available to advertising providers, such as Google AdMob, including through advertising tools integrated into the game. Where applicable and permitted, this may include device/technical information, available advertising/device identifiers, ad interaction information, and approximate country or region information described in Section 2.

This supports providing and measuring ads, limiting ad frequency where applicable, protecting advertising against fraud or misuse, and understanding ad interactions. Any disclosure for personalized advertising depends on the advertising features in use and applicable law, platform requirements, permissions, and any legally required consent. Personalization does not apply to every player or game, and advertising identifiers are not available for every player.

4.5 Providers for Surveys, Promotions, and Community Activities

If we use an external provider to operate a survey, campaign, giveaway, promotion, or community activity, we may make relevant information described in Section 2 available to that provider as necessary to operate that feature. This depends on your participation and the provider’s involvement; it does not mean all survey responses or community interactions are disclosed to external providers.

4.6 External Social-Media and Community Services

Our Services may include links to official Arshway Games accounts or pages on external social-media or community services. A “Follow Us” or similar link does not, by itself, mean that we disclose your Arshway account or profile information to that platform.

When you choose to interact on an external platform, that platform processes information through its own services and privacy practices. The information you submit in those interactions, and any information made available to us through the platform, are described in Section 2. This is distinct from a transfer of your Arshway account information merely because you opened an external link.

4.7 Legal, Safety, and Rights-Related Circumstances

We may disclose relevant personal data where reasonably necessary and legally permitted or required to comply with applicable law or valid lawful requests or legal process; protect the rights, property, or safety of Arshway Games, players, users, or others; investigate fraud, cheating, abuse, security incidents, or other prohibited or unlawful activity; enforce applicable Terms, Community Guidelines, or other policies; or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Depending on the matter, recipients may include competent authorities, courts, law-enforcement bodies, legal or professional advisers, or parties whose involvement is necessary for that specific matter or required by law. This is limited to relevant information for the stated circumstance and does not provide authorities or other parties with automatic or unrestricted access to player data.

5. TARGETED ADVERTISING

Some of our games may include advertising. Whether advertising is personalized, and which privacy choices are available, depends on the game and advertising features in use, your circumstances, and applicable requirements. Not every game includes ads, and not every player receives personalized advertising.

5.1 Advertising and Personalization

Where enabled and permitted, personalized or targeted advertising involves using relevant information to select ads that may be relevant to you. Advertising providers, such as Google AdMob, may process advertising-related information described in Section 2 to select or personalize ads, measure advertising performance and interactions, limit ad frequency where applicable, and protect advertising against fraud or misuse.

Depending on the advertising configuration, relevant information may include device and technical information, advertising/device identifiers where available under platform rules and permissions, approximate country or region, ad interactions, and app or service activity relevant to advertising. The information made available to advertising providers is subject to the circumstances described in Section 4. These categories do not mean every identifier is available for every player or every activity is used for advertising.

Advertising may be provided with different levels of personalization depending on applicable law, region, platform requirements, device/platform permissions, privacy choices, any legally required consent, and technical availability. Personalized advertising is available only where the applicable requirements permit it; this does not guarantee a particular advertising mode for every player.

5.2 Advertising Privacy Choices

Depending on applicable law, your region, platform requirements, and the available controls, you may be presented with advertising privacy choices. Those choices may affect how advertising-related personal data is used and the advertising available to you.

Where an in-game privacy or settings entry point is provided, you may be able to revisit the choices available to you there. The options and messages may differ between players, platforms, and regions. Advertising functionality can also depend on applicable device or platform permissions. This description does not mean that every player sees the same form or has the same controls.

6. CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION

The controls available to you depend on the game and features you use, your device or platform, and applicable requirements. The following describes choices that may be available through the Services or your device and platform controls.

6.1 In-Game Privacy and Settings Controls

Where an in-game privacy or settings entry point is provided, you may be able to review or change the privacy and Service choices available to you there. The available controls and their operation may differ between games, players, platforms, and regions.

6.2 Advertising Privacy Choices

Some games may contain advertising. Where applicable, you may be presented with privacy choices that affect advertising personalization or related advertising processing. These choices depend on your region, applicable law, platform requirements, device permissions, and the advertising configuration in use, including any required consent.

Where the functionality is provided, you may be able to revisit available advertising privacy choices through the in-game privacy entry point described above. See Section 5 for more about advertising and personalization.

6.3 Device and Platform Controls

Your device or platform may provide privacy settings and permission controls that affect access to certain identifiers, notifications, or advertising-related functionality. You can review the applicable controls through your device or platform settings. Their availability and effects depend on the device, operating system, platform, and permissions involved.

6.4 Notifications and Communications

Where a game sends device notifications, including scheduled reminders or push notifications where supported, you can generally manage notification permissions through your device or platform settings.

Device notifications are separate from messages displayed in an in-game mailbox and communications about your account, security, support requests, or operation of the Services. Changing device notification permissions does not necessarily stop those other messages.

6.5 Social, Chat, and Profile Controls

Choices and controls for social features depend on the particular game and feature. Where controls are provided within a social feature, you may use them to manage the options available there. Where reporting functionality is available, you can report a player or an individual message for review.

Information visible to other players depends on the relevant profile, clan, chat, or leaderboard feature, as described in Sections 2 and 4. Available social functionality may also be affected by parental controls where used.

6.6 Parental Controls

We plan to provide parental controls for guest players as well as players with linked accounts. Where available and used, these allow chat and purchases to be turned on or off, with PIN/passcode protection for parental settings and subsequent changes. Activation involves a parent or guardian email and email-code verification. This is separate from player account sign-in and does not determine the player’s age. The exact controls available depend on the relevant game and implementation.

6.7 Account and Game Data Controls

Where account, profile, or game settings offer editing options, you may be able to update the information or preferences covered by those options. The information you can change depends on the relevant feature.

For formal requests concerning your personal data, please see Section 7 (Requests to Exercise Privacy Rights) and any applicable regional supplement.

7. REQUESTS TO EXERCISE PRIVACY RIGHTS

7.1 Rights That May Be Available

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal data. These may include rights to:

  • Ask whether we process your personal data and request information about that processing, including its purposes and relevant recipients, or access to your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion or erasure of personal data.
  • Request restriction of, or object to, certain processing where applicable.
  • Request portability of personal data where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on your consent, under the applicable legal framework. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  • Make other requests available under applicable data-protection law.

These rights depend on the law that applies and may be subject to conditions, limitations, exceptions or exemptions. Not every right applies to every person, category of data or circumstance. Please also see the applicable regional privacy supplement for additional rights and procedures.

7.2 Making a Request

You can contact us about a privacy-rights request at [PRIVACY CONTACT — TO BE CONFIRMED].

Please describe your request and provide enough relevant information to help us locate the account or data concerned. Depending on the request, useful details may include the game, platform, player/user ID, username, or email associated with your account, if applicable. You do not need to supply every example listed here.

Do not send passwords, parental PINs, authentication secrets or full payment-card details. Please avoid sending unnecessary identity documents or other information unrelated to your request.

7.3 Protecting Your Information During a Request

We may need to verify that you are the person concerned before acting on a request, to protect the account and personal data. Any additional information needed for verification should be proportionate to the request and the data involved. We will not disclose account information in response to a request without appropriate verification.

Where permitted by applicable law, a person authorized to act for someone else may make a request on that person’s behalf. We may take reasonable steps to verify that authority as well as the request.

7.4 Deletion Requests and Their Scope

You may request deletion of personal data, where applicable, through the privacy contact above. A deletion request does not necessarily require removal of all information in every circumstance. We may retain relevant information to the extent permitted or required by applicable law, for example where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This does not permit retention beyond what is justified under the applicable requirements.

We will address requests involving providers processing personal data on our behalf as required by applicable law. Information processed independently by a third party may also require a request to that third party under its own procedures. A request to us does not automatically remove all information held independently by other services.

7.5 Responses and Further Information

We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. The outcome may depend on verification and applicable legal conditions, limitations, exceptions or permitted grounds for refusal; not every request must be granted.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to raise concerns with a competent data-protection or regulatory authority. Relevant regional supplements provide further information about applicable procedures.

For choices available directly through the game, device, platform or privacy settings, see Section 6. This section concerns formal requests to us about personal data.

8. CHILDREN

Children and minors may need additional privacy protections. Applicable age and parental-permission requirements depend on the relevant law and Service. Where parent or guardian permission is required, that permission must be obtained before using the relevant Service. Parents and guardians should review this Privacy Policy with the younger player.

We plan to offer parental controls that allow chat and in-app purchases to be turned on or off, with PIN/passcode protection required for subsequent changes to protected settings. These controls are intended for guest players as well as players with linked accounts. Where available, activation uses a parent or guardian email and an email verification code, as described in Sections 2 and 3. Parental-control activation does not determine the player’s age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we hold personal data concerning a child or minor, or have concerns about their privacy, please contact [PRIVACY CONTACT — TO BE CONFIRMED]. Requests concerning another person’s data are subject to the appropriate request and authority verification described in Section 7.

9. SECURITY

We intend to use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, appropriate to the nature of the Services and the information involved. No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Services may link to third-party websites, services or platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not govern their independent processing of personal data. Please review their privacy information when using them. This does not change our responsibilities for personal data processed on our behalf in connection with the Services.

11. RETENTION

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is collected or otherwise processed. These may include providing the Services, maintaining accounts and game functionality, handling support, protecting security and game integrity, and preventing fraud. Where appropriate and permitted or required by applicable law, retention may also be necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or protect legal rights.

The period depends on the information, its purpose, the account or Service relationship, applicable legal requirements and justified security or operational needs. These factors do not justify keeping information indefinitely. For deletion requests and their scope, please see Section 7.

12. CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, our privacy practices or legal requirements. When an updated policy is published, it will show a revised effective date or other revision information. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by applicable law.
